There was almost nothing of any real note for three quiet days, although the usual wader species continuing to build in numbers included an increase in
Golden Plovers to around 400 birds and many flocks of
Redshanks,
Lapwings and
Oystercatchers feeding in the recently cut fields. A seawatch on the 13th produced little besides 7
Manx Shearwaters.
